My first blog

White cliffs

My first blog is going to be based on what I have done over the half term holidays.On the first day I went to the stunning white cliffs.When we arrived we went to the beach no one was inside the water due to the temperature.We looked at the ocean,but then the waves hit the railings so hard making water go everywhere so we climbed the cliffs.Lucky for us there was a footpath that lead to the top of the cliff.When we arrived near the edge we looked down at the beautiful view: the light blue waves,beaches and of course a replica of a cannon soldiers used when they fought here at white cliffs.After we climbed some more we decided to take a rest break so we sat down at a bench catching our breaths.We watched golf players try to get a hole in one.When we caught our breaths we continued up the cliffs getting higher and higher into the sky.Then something caught my eye: a pack of seagulls on a beach.I picked a rock and hurled it right in the middle of the pack"bullseye" I shouted as soon as the seagulls rapidly ran trying to go father away from that spot.Although I should have been closer to my family I went back to my original spot,the speed of the seagulls told me they were petrified.After a while it was time for lunch so we got back to the car and drove of to macdonalds.When we finished we were too full to climb so we went to a beach again, no one was inside the water. I took my shoes of and dipped my toe into the water.It was FREZZING.I rapidly sprinted back to my family at supersonic speed just like jet planes. We got up and went back up to the path that lead to the parking lot. Also I had races with my family; they constantly kept trying to win but they were no match for me so they gave up,when I won I felt adrenaline in my body but my family's was probably filled with sadness and lost haha.
